Welcome to Strand Regional Specialty Associates

Strand Regional Specialty Associates offers quality Orthopaedic and Neurological care for residents and visitors of Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Conway, all of Horry County and surrounding counties. Our physician group specializes in orthopaedics, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, fractures, neurology, sports medicine and opthalmology.

Our offices are open from 8-4:30 Monday through Thursday and from 8-12 on Friday. MRI services are available from 8-5 Monday through Friday.

We have implemented a new refill line. You no longer have to wait on hold or for the next available operator. You can access our RX line by dialing 843-692-2111. Simply leave your name and phone number, date of birth, physician name, pharmacy name/phone number, and your prescription. We will process it within 24 hours.
