Welcome to Strand Regional Specialty Associates

Strand Regional Specialty Associates offers quality care for residents and visitors of Horry County and surrounding counties. Our physician group specializes in orthopaedics, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, fractures, neurology, sports medicine and opthalmology.

Our offices are open from 8-4:30 Monday through Thursday and from 8-12 on Friday. MRI services are available from 8-5 Monday through Friday.

Dr. Hamilton is leaving the SRSA group practice as of April 30, 2009
and will be continuing his private orthopaedic practice at the same Seacoast and Loris offices where he currently practices.
